"Previous entry" button

The "Previous entry" button on the Main Form (CCMDB.accdb) shows some of the data of patients that were logically deleted using the "Delete Sent Patients" button (i.e. it shows records with Record field#deleted = "Deleted".

This might be useful for collectors to confirm if they had already entered and deleted a patient. This had been identified as one reason collectors still keep up the Data collection log form.
