Stop routine review of TISS sheets

Critical care collectors will stop the routine review of TISS sheets 2020/01/01.

this is mentioned in many bits of documentation, and we will need to clean those up.

TISS audit

Critical Care collectors will fill out separate TISS sheets for each patient discharged between morning midnight 2020/01/01 and 2020/01/14 23:59:59.

Collection instructions

How will we keep the survey TISSes separate from the other ones? Would an "A" at beginning or end of the location on the TISS sheet work for our processes?

Follow-up about fidelity

"If adequate (>90% or so), then cease having our collectors do TISS" Who should we report to about fidelity, and in what format?

Repeat audits

We should repeat such fidelity testing about 1 week every 6-12 months, indefinitely. Tina has scheduled a second round in Julie, Trish and her calendar for 2020/09/23.
