View source for ALERT Scale

The {{PAGENAME}} attempts to predict early which patients will have an adverse hospital outcome. It is based on the paper [[The ALERT scale: an observational study of early prediction of adverse hospital outcome for medical patients]]. 

We calculate the Alert Scale in [[Centralized data front end.accdb]] based on [[ALERT Scale timing of assessment]] and [[ALERT Scale Calculation]]. See [[ALERT Scale Use]] for potential uses of this tool.

We support an [[ALERT Scale App]] to calculate this scale.
