Admit DtTm is not as simple of a concept as it might seem, and it's definition and storage in our database has changed over time. This page gives some definitions and how we have implemented them.
Proposed definition
If Visit Admit DtTm > #2020-10-15# then earliest Service tmp entry DtTm in profile else if available, Accept DtTm, else if Arrive DtTm
Service tmp entry is not yet part of Minimal Data Set; I have flagged on that page how it needs to be include. |
We should be deliberate when we use this concept and when we instead use Boarding Loc dttm. If someone looks at a LOS for a unit they probably don't care about that pts service time elsewhere, right? So, again not sure if this is actually a useful concept. Ttenbergen 16:59, 2021 May 5 (CDT) |
