Accept DtTm > Arrive DtTm

If the Accept DtTm > Arrive DtTm, make accept = arrive.

pt never arrives on your unit

time is exactly midnight

If the Arrive DtTm is exactly midnight, enter 23:59 instead and then exclude the entry in CSS so it doesn't stay on the list.

If you try to enter an Arrive DtTm of exactly midnight you will get an error. This is because we want to check that the time was not forgotten (it might not initially be known), and in Access there is no distinction between a time that is blank and one that is 00:00.
