BP Helper button

The BP Helper button on the Patient Viewer Tab APACHE in the CCMDB.accdb opens the BP Helper form (L_BPs form). In this form you can enter any Apache-eligible Diastolic BP and Systolic BP you find for a patient. The form will automatically calculate the Mean BP value and associated Apache score for the entered BP . Clicking on the "pick" button will enter the chosen values into the BP fields in the viewer form.
