Biopsy during Bronchoscopy/Laryngoscopy

We track the scope however, we did not track if a biopsy was taken during the scope in the old coding system. Please do not code Other Procedures (pulm/thoracic) or Open_Lung_Biopsy along with the Bronchoscopy.

Since the move to ICD 10, we do code biopsy done with bronch, initially with Inspection, Exploration (endoscopic) and later with Biopsy (endoscopic)
