This article contains links to pages (and headings if applicable) in the order of priorities of changes. Primarily it's a tool for Tina and Trish to communicate, but if you have a problem with the prioritization please feel free to comment.

Prioritized List of Changes

S_dispo change

  • real_name = STB_ICCS
  • ward=ICCS
  • loc_type=ICU

CCMDB_ From OWN ER to OWN center Unit only - need Checkbox beside ACCEPT DATE - if no documentation

• if collectors clearly cannot find any documentation of ACCEPT DATE to own unit from own ER, then we don't want them to put ACCEPT Date = Arrival date
• Tina, review with Julie and Trish before setting this up.

CFE - ADL tab needed

• There is no ADL tab in CFE since REG TAB is now legacy and ADL fields are not active here. Need to add ADL tab to CFE.

Dispo Fields Conversions

• Finish conversion of old dispo field data
• preacute, previous location and dispo (Julie has sent Tina emails)

2016_Time_and_Place_changes

Post code

• Fix master table - removed unnecessary columns of data and put RHA's
  • in the interm, Pagasa only has to enter postal code, town and RHA until this table is fixed up.

GSC tag if sedated or paralyzed

change APACHE tab to ICU tab and Medicine Tab (Alert)

• when fixing up CCMDB tabs, to reduce confusion, change APACHE tab to ICU tab and the medicine one to Medicine tab.
• APACHE article refers to ICU
• ALERT article refers Medicine not APACHE article

Add Venous Blood gas count

ABG to count separate to ABG, so need to add to lab_flow.

• TISS28 data specifications#Views Views and completeness for form checking. Include those that Pagasa is using printed out registry list to manually check TISS before scanning.
