Change of GRA location names from "our" names to EPR/Cognos names

We currently use different names for locations in s_dispo table (Previous Location, Pre-admit Inpatient Institution, Dispo) than in Cognos EPR Report, and sometimes different again in Boarding Loc. This page is about our plan to move to the EPR based names at the GRA. Other sites may follow after.

Collector instructions

• Nothing to change in Previous Location, Pre-admit Inpatient Institution, Dispo - we will change the "names" you see in the fields that use s_dispo table - you won't need to change these, they will just reflect the change in the reference table
• we will make available the new entries for Boarding Loc and but keep the old ones around for now - if we removed them there would likely be problems in CCMDB
  • we will leave both old and new active until all are changed

We have an option for the change process: do them all at a time, or do them as you finish them off. Doing them as you finish them off would be less extra work - you have to open the record and review the boarding locs at discharge anyways, so changing these at that time would be little extra work. But, you'd need to remember and it might take a long time to finally be done with this. Do you have a preference?
