We used to collect only Admit DtTm; at some point this was split into Accept DtTm and Arrive DtTm. With the collection of Boarding Loc and Service tmp entry under 2021-07 rules, this duplicates info:
- Accept DtTm is the same as first Service tmp entry DtTm if pt comes from ER
- Arrive DtTm is the same as first Boarding Loc DtTm or second Boarding Loc DtTm
This page is about the process of eliminating the collection of Admit DtTm and Accept DtTm to avoid that duplication and inconsistencies resulting from it.

- work through remaining #Related Cross-checks
- remove ADT2 button that automatically populates this
- remove "set accept DtTm to arrive DtTm" button
- remove functionality mentioned in Patient Viewer Tab Cognos ADT2
- hide fields in CCMDB.accdb when all done

- remove from sending (also remove Transfer Ready DtTm field and other data updates in the pipeline)
