Query check CCI CXR vs LOS

‎We have had some medical imaging lab count entries that are so high that they are likely errors. This check is supposed to do that.

What are likely maximum entries?

The count per patient stay is related to the LOS.

The threshold will be combination of Mean + 3 Standard Deviation or Maximum value of Chest X-ray count per patient day depending on the LOS based on calendar dates (i.e. partial stay is considered as full day)

LOS based on calendar dates =

How the checks will work

At the time you set the patient to complete a check will run to find out if any of the ‎imaging counts are out of range. If none are you won't see this. If a check is out of range you will get an error, and then a list showing the out of range value. Confirm if the value is correct. If it is wrong, fix it. If it is correct and the count was in fact unusually high, then enter a lower number and sent Pagasa an email with the correct count.
