Cleaning up a failed send

Occasionally a sending will go wrong after it starts updating centralized_data.mdb but before it finishes its updates. In that case, some records will be left in centralized_data.mdb with RecordStatus "Complete". CFE checks for this when clicking the Re-connect Data button, and will give an error if there are any "complete"s.

Instructions for cleaning the data of a failed send

  1. figure out why
    • Once I clicked the reconnect button and my number is not matched.

  1. confirm that the records still exist on a collector laptop or in one of their backup's on the Regional Server.
