Is this it?

  • add a column for program (Critical care only or Medicine only or both).
    • I can do that, but the table is already getting quite wide for a web page. Can we lose any of the columns we currently have? The info you mean is always visible in the pages themselves as well, in case that's sufficient. But, yes, we can tweak what the tables should show. It is done in Template:DataDictionaryQuery (details visible once you edit it...) and removing fields would be easy enough. I can show you how to add fields. Or I can add them once we confirm what we want.
      • how about adding the program as part of the sub header instead of table columns. --JMojica 13:36, 2019 June 26 (CDT)
        • I have added subheadings, or comments in headings when only one program applies. Does that work? Ttenbergen 15:32, 2019 July 4 (CDT)

Scope

See Site and Location table for a list of where we collect data.

See Total admissions ICU/Med for a recent count of records.

See Data Request Status ICU/Med for how many requests we have had.

Registry

In the collection tool CCMDB.mdb the registry data is all in the L_Log table. In the data processing tool CFE and the central repository Centralized data.mdb this data is split out from the other in L_Log for PHIA reasons.

Temporary project data

See Projects for a list of current and past projects.

L_TmpV2 table

L_TmpV2 table in CCMDB.mdb and Centralized_data.mdb contains data that is either intermittent or just not currently accommodated in the rest of the database. Collection projects that generate data for this table are categorized in Project / L TmpV2 Data.

The table has fields to accommodate dates, integers, reals/floating point variables, text or booleans. It can accommodate one of each of these per line, such that if two variables of the same data type are needed, two lines need to be entered. The table was set up this way to accommodate any possible combination of data, but this flexibility comes at the expense of some inefficiencies in data-entry.

It is linked to L_Log table by D_ID.
