All data collection laptops should have the same shortcuts on their desktop. To make sure they are consistent, and available for all users who log onto the laptop, we use the Desktop install.bat to set them up.
Fix if any shortcuts are missing or incorrect
- Open the Regional Server
- Regional Server shortcut if that shortcut is available
- if the if no shortcut then:
- open a file explorer window, e.g. click the windows key and the "e" key on your keyboard (don't use a web browser window, even though the address looks a bit like a web address/URL)
- paste the full address of Regional Server (full address:
\\ad.wrha.mb.ca\WRHA\REGION\SHARED\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\
