The Critical Care and Medicine Database lists diagnoses in the following categories:
Coding schema
Current schema
We use a custom coding schema; see CCMDB Diagnosis Code List. It includes procedures.
ICD10 / CCI
As of early 2018 are working on a Conversion from our old diagnosis schema to ICD10/CCI.
See ICD10 Diagnosis List for a list of diagnoses we will use once conversion is complete.
Procedures will be coded in CCI, with Admit and Acquired procedures coded separately.
