The date/time of an ICD10 diagnosis. The Dx Date is coded as part of the ICD10 collection. It contains the date that an Acquired Diagnosis / Complication was made.

This is a mandatory field for Acquired Diagnosis / Complication diagnoses. If a date is not available, Dx Date unknown must be checked.

It is not collected for Admit Diagnosis and Comorbid Diagnosis.
