Admit time as listed in EPR Reports

Collection Instruction

The field does not need to be manually entered.

The field is automatically populated for records entered using the EPR Reports Integrator. The Integrator then uses this field to uniquely identify records in the report against records on CCMDB.accdb. This field is required because we often don't collect the EPR Admit date as our Accept DtTm or Admit DtTm due to differences how we and the EPR define these things, and due to inconsistencies in EPR data.

The only reason the field is listed is to be able to understand linking to EPR Reports Integrator.

Data Use

The data isn't used after the patient has been sent, it is purely operational to allow comparison with the EPR Reports Integrator.
