The following error might come up when trying to send:

The less likely cause is that the regional server is unavailable. Double-click the “RegionWRHA” shortcut on your desktop – if it opens then the server is there. If it doesn’t open, check your laptop’s network connection. If it is OK, call the helpdesk because it’s likely a server issue.

The more likely cause is that the database is not on the Regional Server. Outside of designated sending times the main office may take the main database off-line to work on it. If you try to send when it is off-line, you will get that message. If you get that message during designated sending times then we might have forgotten to put it back on-line. So, usually the fix will be to contact p:Pagasa Torres, and when she comes in (usually at 9) she will fix it.
