under what circumstances and on which laptops does this show up?

- STB E6 laptop -Occurred twice today on -spontaneous occurrences. First time with this type of error.
- Is now occurring intermittently with clicking on "Primary type", page tabs
- Occurred again when clicking on "Closed-no updates" Exited then restarted Access-no further error messages
Date of occurrence not documented
- Steph when she was at the Grace in Med gets this when ticking a drug box or opening the CCI comp tab.
Any more?
