The Critical Care Database provided the following data for the list of Septic Shock patients given by Dr. Anand Kumar who were identified only by STUDY# (a legacy identifier also from the Critical Care database)
1) packed red blood cells (how many were given and when if you have)
2) FFP  (how many were given and when if you have)
3) Platelets  (how many were given and when if you have)
4) PHIN, DOB, and last name – we need to link to the hospital LIS and will need these variables to link with.
