Focus moving from ICD10 tab to Dispo tab when trying to enter a dx

... Unfortunately it seems to be happening very randomly, not consistently, so I can’t give you very concrete info that would make it easier to duplicate. I’m in icd10 diagnosis page, trying to enter the diagnoses (doesn’t seem to matter if it’s admit, acquired, or comorbs that I am trying to enter). I hit the primary type dropdown arrow to pick a diagnosis type, and it flies over to the dispo page, without entering anything in the primary type field. I have to tab over to the diagnosis page again, and then when I hit the primary type drop down arrow a second time, it allows me to pick something. This little glitch seems to be occurring more and more regularly, and has now crossed over from the only slightly annoying, to the quite annoying stage...
