NEW Workload splitting 2 - 2020-Feb-19 to current - TRIAL

Laptop identifier

  • H7 - old HSC_ICUd - (vacant) so different staff cover -EFT 75%
  • H8 - old HSC_ICUb - p:Joyce Peterson - EFT 55%
  • H9 - old HSC_ICUa - p:Joanna Velasco -EFT 75%
    • TOTAL EFT: 2.05 EFT
  • H7 laptop (b): (0.55/2.05) x 100 = 27% (will do 27% of all ICU patient admitted).
  • H9 laptop (a): (0.75/2.05)x 100 - 36.6% (will do 27% of all ICU patient admitted).
  • H8 laptop (d): (0.75/2.05)x 100 - 36.6% (will do 27% of all ICU patient admitted).

Numerical sequence which will divide the workload according to above percentage for each EFT above that will work is: 1 to 11. (the percentage would not be exact for the EFT but very close. Less digits to follow is easy.

  • The other sequence that would work a would be exact is using 1-30. Will trail number sequence and distribution with 1-11 first and see how it goes.

In practice the sequence of 11 will be divided between the three laptops liked this:
