HSC Medicine Wards

Medicine Database for CCMDB is collected on the following medical wards at HSC including following any admissions in HSC Boarding Locations that are under Medicine service attending physician's care. Follow the links to the ward pages for more info about the wards.

We collect data on all patients admitted to these wards including teaching, non-teaching and off service. This includes (see also Definition_of_a_Medicine_Service_admission#Include Neuro and Nephrology patients

• neuro medicine
• renal patients under nephrology

There is a white board opposite the main desk and the inpatients (which are medicine) are written in black.

Part of this ward (B3-S) is day surgery patients; we do not collect B3-S.
