ICD10 Diagnosis

An ICD10 diagnosis is a diagnosis that follows the ICD10 coding scheme. We collect these following the ICD10 collection instructions.

Would it be of value to the program if a code to reflect abnormal coagulation profiles was added? Perhaps: Abnormal Coagulation Profile R79.1? (Pam) If so, let's add; if not, make sure we put it into List of ICD10 Diagnoses we don't code. Ttenbergen 11:17, 2019 August 1 (CDT)
