- This is a wastebasket category for a number of different types of iatrogenic injury codes. Try to choose one that's more specific to the problem at hand. Here is a listing of all of them: Iatrogenic codes in ICD10
- This code includes when a wound closure/anastamosis itself is INTACT (e.g. sutures, staples, etc all in place as they should be), but there is copious drainage from it (e.g. between the staples).
