Body:
- CCI_1_Code
- CCI_2_Code
- #CCI_Chooser (the "?" button)

CCI_Chooser (the "?" button)
The "?" button opens the CCI_Chooser form where you can filter for a keyword or partial keyword (e.g. "hepa" instead of "hepatic").
Duplicator (the "2x" button)
The 2x button will make a twin of the record on which it was clicked. This is useful for repeat entries like debridements.
Deferred change - Make dropdowsn so only allowed are visible
- The dropdowns contain values that are allowed and values that are not allowed. Would be nice to limit to what is allowed. However, since that changes as the other fields are populated, this not straightfowrard. Tina spent some time on this initially and deferred it. The issue hasn't come up since. If this is a required change, flag it again.
