PCH_ID	Long integer	ID of the PCH, key against table S_PCH
PCH_admission	date/time	date of admission to that PCH

Where does this data come from?

L_PCH table is populated as part of Crosschecking data with Manitoba Health. MB Health provides the PCH Facility Name and PCH Admission Date who are PCH residents and are in the database.
