Only code if specimen collected by Nurse

Some collectors are having difficulty determining if the bedside nurse drew the lab samples. TISS has always been a nurse workload measure therefore this item should only be marked if RN drew sample. Assume if bedside marked it they drew it. We don't expect collectors to interview staff.

Code Accuchecks

Accuchecks should be coded as Lab Specimen Collection.
