Limiting of TISS28 Collection

Overall work load for TISS28 collection was high.

• Decided to stop TISS quality checks: October 1, 2020.
• Stopped collecting these on TISS forms (continuing collection for some entries as per #Implementation): December 6, 2020 midnight.

Quality assurance checking and marking on TISS FORMS by collectors for only these 21 items:

• CAM positive (TISS Item)
• Intracranial pressure monitoring (TISS Item)
• CPR within past 24 hrs (TISS Item)
• Vasoactive drug IV continuous-single (TISS Item)
• Vasoactive drug IV continuous-multiple simultaneous (TISS Item)

• Central venous catheter (TISS Item)
• Invasive Mechanical Ventilation (TISS Item)
• Supp O2 through any device, delivered via nose, mouth, ETT or trach (TISS Item)
• Non-invasive CPAP or BIPAP (TISS Item)
• ETT Present (TISS Item)
• Trach Tube Present (TISS Item)
• Planned extubation (TISS Item)
• Unplanned extubation (TISS Item)
• Intermittent hemodialysis (TISS Item)

Implementation

There were plans to occasionally do full collection, so the old items were added to CCMDB.accdb as well when we did Change to collect TISS data in CCI Picklist. To collect them, they would need their end date removed, and the buttons need to be made visible in Sub Check_Forms.Legacy_Hider().
