The error happens because the file locations where our programs are stored are not "trusted" as per the "Trust centre" in MS Office. Shared Health has set up the trust entry to automatically be set that way for all our laptops.

As a short term fix, you can follow instructions in [[Changing settings in MS Access after first open]], but that will mean this breaks for other users of the laptop, so an email should still go out to Service desk to fix the underlying problem.
