Some emails (from the wiki or elsewhere) are automatically put in the junk folder in Outlook. To safelist an email to prevent this, do the following:
In the junk folder, right-click on one of the emails, then choose “Junk” and “Never Block Sender’s Domain …”...
That should start the emails coming through.

I have asked eHealth repeatedly to change the defaults for this but it keeps sneaking up. These instructions allow us to manually change the rules, but they have to be applied as needed.
