Collector stated that her network connection to EPR and internet stopped working she was connected to the wire in there office the solution was to reboot the computer which re establish connection to the network. No mentioned of error message, but did mention that she forcibly closed access when the send process seemed stalled. That would have been a good time to warn Pagasa...

Prior to the dates above, Pagasa stated that this has happened before. She recalls this happened on HSC_D4 laptop. She stated that this problem is rare, and happens every few months.
