* Does this make Previous Location entry "STB - ER (parked)" etc defunct? Or should those still be used? If defunct, pls let me know when the last pt that uses these is sent so I can remove them from S dispo table. If not defunct, how should those now be used? Ttenbergen 22:40, 2020 October 18 (CDT)
The old <hosp> - ER (parked) entries should no longer be used for any records with an Arrive DtTm greater than 2020-10-15.

*** Enter them as if they were not a direct admit. If we had never had such a concept you'd enter them as coming from ER, right? Ttenbergen 16:15, 2020 November 25 (CST)

****The question above implies a discussion, the previous location collection change (from ie. ER parked entry to ER) is embedded/hidden in the example and should be clearly visible and included in collection instructions above otherwise could be easily missed
* you wrote Oct 16 - I think you meant Oct 15, but if you really meant 16 we need to fix and understand why 15. But that may not be quite right... did this change as part of Change from Service Location to Service, Boarding Loc and Transfer Ready DtTm tmp entry or as part of Project? The former refers to the latter for start dates, and they are different per location. Also, is this based on accept, arrive, dispo, what? We would better just refer to PatientFollow_Project#Transition_dates from here rather than listing a date, so we don't get things confused. But are those the dates you will use to report, Julie? ***** I see your point. And that's why I don't think we should write the details like that on this page, just referring to the other page is better. I didn't want the explicit details here, that's why I added "The following may be out of sync with the linked pages; if it is, please update it with info from the linked pages which is likely the right version." at the top of the list of details. I will confirm with Julie that the "*ER (parked)" entries can be inactivated.
Chances are they can't just be inactivated because people are still using them, so if we want them gone we need to do something about it. Ttenbergen 21:49, 2020 November 26 (CST)
