  • Includes use of any thrombolytic agent
    • alteplase (Activase),
    • streptokinase (Streptase),
    • tissue plasminogen activator (TPA),
    • tenecteplase (TNK-tPA)
    • tetaplase (Retavase),
    • urokinase (Abbokinase),
  • Does not include clot stabilizer agents such as any sort of heparin, coumadin, aspirin or other NSAIDs, clopidogrel or any other anti-platelet agent.
