Consider special cases from [[Postal code collection]] for now, I will move those over here when we set the old field to legacy. Please comment here though if the instructions for old field would not work in new setup.
==== Homeless with proxy address ====
If you have a homeless person admitted who lists their address as Siloam Mission or the Salvation Army/Booth's Place, use their postal code as provided.

Code "couch surfers" as "N/A".

==== Institutionalized patients ====
For institutionalized patients (e.g. prison inmates, care homes), use the institution's postal code.

Our cross checks would flag the format of out-of-country postal codes, so enter "N/A" for these.

This field is currently being implemented, please check the instructions and put a discussion for anything that isn't clear.

The Postal_Code field will contain Postal code collection data.
