Patients are assigned to collectors using the PatientFollow Project. This page explains what needs to happen when an assignment is changed.
The transition is effective of the Service Start/Change dttm of patients.
Process for the collector who will no longer be collecting the number
- For patients who are discharged from the affected laptop's program, do a regular discharge.
- The next time any record changes
We probably need an initial process, and and then a cleanup after a month or so so this doesn't stay in flux forever. |
