If your program crashes or locks up, do this:

  • try to contact Tina, Pagasa or Trish, in that order; they might have more info
  • if you can't get a hold of them, or they don't have other instructions, try Breaking out of a frozen program
  • restart CCMDB.accdb; if it causes any problems, try Copying down a clean version of CCMDB.accdb
  • email Tina, Pagasa and Trish that the crash happened, what you were doing when it happened, and how you got out, so we can understand if there is a pattern
