Process for bad data in Cognos includes sending an email to sites to correct the data. We want to be able to track how frequently there are problems with the Cognos data. This project will track each time the Eyes button is pressed.
Collection Instructions
As of now there are no instructions for this. The entry is automatically generated, just leave it alone. If you ended up not actually sending the email, you could delete the entry, but otherwise leave it alone.

Data Use
This data will help us find out the magnitude of problems with Cognos data at different sites, and will help us decide what to do about them.
