** I implemented this without CPAP/BIPAP for now, don't think those are supposed to be included, especially with how many people are on CPAP at home now. Ttenbergen 17:43, 2017 April 20 (CDT)

Only patients who are ventilated in hospital can have a complication dx of VAP.

If a patient has a complication VAP and no TISS28 items T18 or 19 then this is an error.

Implemented as query NDC_VAP_no_TISS.

How about CPAP/BIPAP?
