** I implemented this without CPAP/BIPAP for now, don't think those are supposed to be included, especially with how many people are on CPAP at home now. Only patients who are ventilated in hospital can have a complication dx of VAP.
If a patient has a complication VAP and no TISS28 items T18 or 19 then this is an error.
Implemented as query NDC_VAP_no_TISS.
How about CPAP/BIPAP?
