In CCMDB.accdb these will be taken care of by Query check CCI Picklist duplicates.
Causes and solutions
If any records are listed
- delete items from L TISS Item table
- open L TISS Item table
- filter by D_ID
- sort by Item_Date
- delete all those records that have dates of the duplicated form
- delete record from L TISS Form table
- same as above...
- re-scan the duplicated form
Could fix these one by one, but usually it's quickest to just re-scan.
