- 2022-02-16 - excluded additional allowed duplication scenarios
- 2022-02-10 - the list to count had included lines for each category so there was much duplication. Broke out query to generate unique values first, now count works
- 2019-03-25 - excluded dxs in Category:Pathogens, Category:Antibiotic resistance and Category:Mechanism

Should Past history of radiation therapy be included in exclusion list for patients with extensive past histories of differing primary cancers and who received radiation treatment at different times for the various different primary cancers.
- yes, this was discussed at TASK to allow for multiple previous cancers, so I would think it would follow to allow for duplicate entries of past history of radiation and chemo Lisa Kaita 12:06, 2022 April 13 (CDT)
