• Disable Misericordia ER from Previous Location and Dispo to
• Add Misericordia-UC but do not enable as it will be legacy.

CCI list

• staff have stated that there is too much scrolling in CCI, including component and need sorting options.
• One suggestion, to shorten scrolling is to be able to filter lists to each of the categories: therapeutic, diagnostic, imaging, obstetric. Miscellaneous.
• no procedure performed, no procedure entered would be best at the top of CCI picklist rather than at the bottom.

  • I agree that filtering lists to each category would be helpful.

• • Couple of suggestions - sorting the current pick list alphabetically and having a broad search function (where you could type in any part of a word) would help to reduce scrolling in CCI's. --Jvelasco 11:39, 2018 May 14 (CDT)
    • • I printed a copy of the ICD10 Codes (only the categories ie. A00-B99 Certain infectious and parasite diseases to U00-U99 Codes for special purposes) so when I am uncertain I quickly glance at my list then scroll to the appropriate category number rather than scroll through the list trying to eyeball the diagnosis.

transfusions picklist

• The various transfusion options in our pick list should be written with the blood product first to allow for type recognition and easier entry. For example, instead of having "transfusion of PRBC" put:"packed cells, transfusion of" or "transfusion of FFP" use "FFP, transfusion of" etc. --LKolesar 14:22, 2018 May 11 (CDT)

  • I like the way " Transfusion of Products "are coded my only suggestion is to add the Administration of Intravenous Immunoglobulin right below the blood products list so it is with them.

TR DtTm error wording

• Fix wording of error pop up in "transfer ready dt/tm" which says "transfer date and time less than admit date and time". In our new structure the word "admit" refers to the visit admit. Instead you need to use the word "Arrive dttm" --LKolesar 07:37, 2017 October 5 (CDT)
  • Template:Discussion I can't find an error with that exact wording. The closest thing I can find is

There are a number of articles about known bugs we are trying to fix in Category:Bugs needing input. Any further feedback on these bugs might be the piece of the puzzle that allows me to fix the bug. If you find a new bug, you please document it.

Error when deleting many Pts and then opening next Pt

• weird errors when deleting a pile of PTs and then opening the next Pt
  • could not replicate... no idea what this is about. Does anyone get these and could provide more info?
• "can't assign" error when opening patient in list

Como_checker crashes on opening patient in patient list; line starting with Q_str = Left goes bad if ???, but only some of the time. Wasn't able to replicate. This might be related to an error reported before that happens when many patients are deleted. Need more info...

separating the date/time in new fields

1. the date utilizing the star and then the + or – ; then tab into the time where it can be typed in easily. Unfortunately, the dispo tab data format does not at this time allow the ease of entry that the registry has. Are you planning to make the change to this format once we have gone through the trial period? Just wondering because currently it is not as easy to enter the dates and times as the current registry format is. Data collectors have been asking about this. Laura -June 15.16

There are some possible changes identified that either need to be flagged as needing to be done, or where there is still a discussion going on. Also related to this:

• confirm "if LOS <3 days and 350 in admit or acq or if 351 in com orbit, then a dialysis TASK item is ok not to be marked."
  • right now this could go through
  • this and related checks are all stuck in Check Renal Tasks questions
  • this also shows up in Change_Priorities#Need_and_NDC:_for_ARF.2C_CRF_.26_Task_dialysis

Pharmacy reference

• reference sheet - some suggested we add a reference sheet. I could make a button on that screen to bring up a reference sheet. Problem is that would be at least the third copy of this information, leading to problems maintaining consistency. I would be willing to do it if we change the table with the info on the wiki to a plain-text formatted table that I can directly copy-and-paste into Access, e.g. something like

DOB format

• "when you create a new profile and have to fill in the DOB it is backwards to what is written in the chart, so when we go to enter the DOB we have to stop and think about it to enter it in our computer. sending only lab/pharm sums to centralized_data.mdb

All the info that is actually needed in centralized is the sum of labs and pharmacy. Was hoping to send only that, but it would complicate synching with collector laptops while adding little value, so not doing that for now. We could re-visit this if it is a problem, or if those files get unwieldy large. Also, could run a "summarizer" across those files for complete records only. Will leave alone unless main office really wants this done... Ttenbergen 12:35, 2013 November 11 (CST)

Default location field to main collection location

There have been requests to default the location field to the main (or only) collection location. I could set this up, but defaulting these would increase the chances of the data just being left in there if a patient is an exception. Upon consultation with Trish it was decided not to risk an increase in errors to make this more convenient.

PS: If I enable defaulting for anywhere then I would not be able to disable defaulting for other locations, so it was decided not to have defaulting. Cancel for Settings

change the settings form to have a save and a cancel button...

No can do. There are is a sb-form in settings form that would not be cancelled, so having a cancel would be misleading.

APACHE lab value limit change request

• Apache upper limit for creatinine is 2968, which is based on the highest APACHE that was ever in database. STB has one pt with a creat of 3000 and has requested to change upper limit. Laura K. --TOstryzniuk 12:12, 6 July 2010 (CDT)
