Sorting in PatientList breaks when some Cognos Entries are done

... have to exit from patient list back to Main Page and reenter to resolve, then if cognos admitter is used to admit more patient(s), same thing happens. Repeat action required."
If I enter cognos Admitter and just view, exit, and return to ccmdb list, there is no problem with sorter buttons. It is after actually using cognos admitter to enter patient profiles, upon return to ccmdb list that sorter buttons freeze in ccmdb at top of columns. I wonder if anyone else is encountering this? Exit patient list back to Main page then reenter in order for sorter buttons to work after using CSS or cognos ender (CE).
May not be fixed, but taking out discussion since Cognos Admitter is phasing out.
- This is in Cognos Admitter right? I can't replicate the problem. Which field are you sorting on? And what do you do before you sort, I wonder if that's part of what needs to happen for it to freeze.
