Additional Info

  • Tina, would you be able to add anginosis in brackets beside this in our ICD 10 diagnosis codes? I have a lot of cultures that come back as streptococcus anginosis, and every time I have to double check online to make sure that this is the appropriate choice (we have multiple streptoccocus codes to choose from). Thanks!
    • I would be able to change "Streptococcus, NOS" to "Streptococcus, NOS (incl anginosis)". I would like to run that past the Task group before I do it, so I changed this question to go to Task. Ttenbergen 09:34, 2023 February 23 (CST)
