This is not going to start any time soon, I just need a place to park the notes I took in a task meeting a while ago.
Collection process
We would document problems in local nurses filling TISS forms so we have quantitative data on error rates.
Data Collection Instructions
For some any Critical Care patient, enter the following in tmp:
- Project: TISS form audit
- Item: as appropriate, a line for each
- not done for day
- more than one item wrong on day
- Date: the date of the problem
- Notes: if you learn why the problem happened, note here
