Typing in the dx tab no longer expands to the full dx in Windows 11

H3 laptop updated automatically about a week ago; type recognition for diagnosis tab; works in the CCI tab

I have a hunch this is related to the Microsoft Office version. For one of the affected and one of the unaffected laptops, could you follow the instructions in and update Microsoft Office version#Verified Version (that way we have it for future reference).
