* MNS is an adverse reaction to neuroleptic or antipsychotic drugs characterized by F E V E R:
** F =Temp>38
** E=Encephalopathy
** V=Vitals signs are unstable
** E =Elevated CPKs
** R=Rigidity muscles
Drugs such as Haldol, Chlorpromazine, Metoclopramides, Lithium, and antiparkinson drugs Levodopa can cause MNS.

If MNS is coded, '''don't''' also code ''[[Other overdose]] - Accidental toxicity-other drugs'' as this would be redundant as it would not give us any additional data.
