The use of this sub-diagnosis was discussed at the Task meeting December 5,2012.It was decided that even though this category is used for bleeding problems, we will also use 136-90 for severe shock related to non hemorrhagic hypovolemia.Thanks again to everyone who participated in answering the question I had previously posted on wiki.[[User:GHall|GHall]] 17:17, 2012 December 5 (EST)

*what have collectors been doing in past for shock due to dehyration? This category was only meant to be for hypovolemia due to bleeding for different reasons as listed. 139-90 other, is other bleeding causing hypovolemia. I have asked Dr. Garland for further opinion on this.
