(having to flip over pages manually one by one to do this). This takes more time to scan TISS forms however, this produces better quality of scans, they are not crooked, and she has less problems with Teleform reading crooked scans and then having to rescan. Perhaps we can obtain different fax/printer/scanner, find one with more reliable document feed suitable? - [[User:TOstryzniuk|Trish Ostryzniuk]] 16:52, 2016 April 15 (CDT)
** We discussed that Pagasa would start by contacting the helpdesk about this to confirm the scanner is working as well as it can. | ** We discussed that Pagasa would start by contacting the helpdesk about this to confirm the scanner is working as well as it can.
***2016_April_19: eHealth came by. They will contact vendor to look at and if document feed roller needs to be replaced. | ***2016_April_19: eHealth came by. They will contact vendor to look at and if document feed roller needs to be replaced.

****Note; Pagasa's feedback is that this solution is nto suitable to workflow, as she will be running in and out of office often, even just to rescan a form. it would be very disruptive to her other daily Task that she must do. | ****Note; Pagasa's feedback is that this solution is nto suitable to workflow, as she will be running in and out of office often, even just to rescan a form. it would be very disruptive to her other daily Task that she must do.
*Also asked Pagasa to show '''Tina''' next time a form is not scanned straight so we can check on the interface in Teleform to see if there are different ways to use. | *Also asked Pagasa to show '''Tina''' next time a form is not scanned straight so we can check on the interface in Teleform to see if there are different ways to use.
**2016_Dec_29 - scanning is misaligning. Pick up long dirty streaks from roller. During vacation break Sheila Rusnak had to scan forms on flatbed one by one because too many were miss read by Teleform. ServiceDesk came by 2017_Jan-5: nothing done. Streaking on scanned forms gone. Resolved for now. [[User:TOstryzniuk|Trish Ostryzniuk]] 16:53, 2017 January 13 (CST) | **2016_Dec_29 - scanning is misaligning. Pick up long dirty streaks from roller. I have emailed Trish re. options ~2015-03-06, waiting to hear back from her. Ttenbergen 16:27, 2015 March 26 (CDT)
*scans forms in crooked
*takes longer to scan in each form because must pull each form twice for duplex scanning. Example: 25 form took 15-20 seconds on scan on flatbed scanner. Takes just over 3 mins for 14 forms. Perhaps we can ask Steering if we can lease better quality machine or if others to use for forms & teleform - they contribute to cost of better machine.
** Could try running them through one of the clinic machines to see how their speed matches up. If it is sufficiently faster we could use that or get a similar one. If not any faster, maybe they could benefit from something faster as well and we could work with them to buy.
*too noisy | |||
