Stridor: Difference between revisions

Added words "upper airway obstruction" to "extrathoracic airway obstruction" so this can be found. Moved the alternate and co-code dxs into the relevant heading, but to the top. Replaced the neoplasm NOS with automatic listing of respiratory neoplasms.
